Refund Policy

Cholmarekhik offers refunds and returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under the ACL are not limited by this policy.

Eligibility

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described or does not match the description. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return unopened products within 30 days. The product must be in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply; please contact us for details.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us by email (info@cholmarekhik.world) with your order details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
